Tickets and Season cards

  • What applies to children under 3 years of age?

    Children under the age of 3 always enter the park for free. Children under the age of 3 do not need to pre-register their visit. From the day the child turns 3, the child needs a day pass or season pass to enter the park.

  • What's included in the ticket?

    All the park's activities are included in your ticket! Shaun the Sheep Land and the tractor track (not open during Christmas), Dinosaurs, Expedition UPP, Nordic Predators Arena, Children's Farm and Water Play. Tractor driving license not included.

  • Can anyone use my season card?

    The seasonpass is personal and is registered with your details when you collect it on your first visit.

  • Where do I buy my ticket?

    You can buy entrance tickets here on the website. As we limit the number of guests in the park, tickets must be pre-purchased online before the visit. The tickets are delivered as SMS or printable tickets with a QR code that is scanned at the entrance.

  • I have bought a seasonpass, what happens now?

    When you order a seasonpass, you will receive a QR code by email and SMS. You can scan this directly from your phone the first time you come to us. You will receive your seasonpass on site, together with instructions on how to register the card on you or the person who will have it.

  • I have bought a ticket, what happens now?

    You will receive the ticket via email and mobile phone. The ticket contains a QR code that can be scanned directly on the phone upon arrival. You therefore do not need to print your ticket.

  • I have received a discount code, how do I use it?

    If you are a member of, for example, HSB, Club Bropas, the Tenant's Association or the like, you have received a link from our partner who gave you the discount. You must use this link and then enter the code by selecting the date and then pressing "Value Code?" in the first step when booking. If you received a code through us, you go to our regular ticket page, and in the first booking step you select a date, click on "value code?" and enter your code.

  • What are your opening hours?

    Our opening hours vary depending on the day of the week and the season. Click here to see all our opening hours.

  • How much does a ticket cost?

    Our tickets have different prices depending on which day you wish to visit us. Look under "Opening hours" to see the exact price on the desired day.

  • Is there a group discount?

    If you are more than 10 people who want to visit Skåne Zoo, you get a 10% discount on admission. This must be booked in advance, contact us at info@skanesdjurpark.se.

Practical info

  • Can I bring my dog to the zoo?

    At the zoo, we adhere to the rules that are generally recommended in our industry when it comes to dogs in the zoo. We have therefore chosen not to welcome dogs in the park. This is because of the risk of infection and that our animals can sometimes be stressed by visiting dogs.

  • How does parking work?

    In Skåne Zoo we use the parking concept called Park&Go and exactly as it sounds you should park the car, have a fun day in the park and then pay the fee at the end of the visit. Parking costs SEK 45 for one day. Read more here.

  • Are there grills in the park?

    Yes, several around the park, equipped with grills. As a guest, you bring your own barbecue charcoal, matches and lighter fluid. Or yoy can choose to buy a grill pass and use one of our ready grills!

  • Can I rent a wagon?

    Yes, wagons are available for rent at Basecamp for SEK 50 each.

  • Can I pay with cash in the park?

    We are a cashless park. It is fine to pay with a debit card and Swish in the entrance and all our kiosks and restaurants.

  • Can I bring my own picknick?

    It is fine to bring your own packed lunch into the park. There are many nice places where you can have a nice picnic. If you have food with you when you walk through the goat paddock, watch out for our mischievous kids - they love picnic food! If you can't bear to go to the park where you can recharge your energy! eat sack lunches in the park, there are several kiosks and eateries around the park where you can recharge your energy!

  • How old do you have to be to ride the water slide?

    You must be 7 years old to ride the water slide. Younger children can ride accompanied by an adult.

  • How tall do you have to be to drive a tractor in Shaun the Sheep Land?

    Children under 120 cm ride in the company of an adult. Children who are taller than 120 cm can drive themselves 🚜

  • How tall do you have to be to go in Expedition UPP?

    You must be over 90 cm tall to go in Expedition UPP. Children 90-120 cm go up in Expedition UPP in the company of an adult. Children who are taller than this can walk the adventure course on their own.

  • I forgot something in the park! Where does it go?

    Found items are handed in at the Base Camp (entrance). Call or email us and ask if what you forgot has been found, and we'll help you get it back.

  • How do I move around in the park?

    We have nice paved footpaths around the park, so it's fine to get around with a pram or wheelchair.

  • Can I smoke in the park?

    We are a smoke-free zoo out of consideration for two- and four-legged friends. Smokers are directed to areas outside the park.

  • Are there breastfeeding rooms in the park?

    You are welcome to borrow a room at the entrance. Tell the Base Camp and our Adventurers will help you!

  • I want to be an adventurer! How do I apply?

    Every season we welcome lots of new Adventurers who want to join in and create magical experiences for our guests. The application will appear on our website as soon as it is open. Watch out!

  • I'm going to spend the night at Camp Oak or Wild Lodge. Where do I leave my packing when I arrive?

    You put your pack in a special room at Base Camp when you arrive. Tell the Adventurers in the entrance and they will help you!

  • I have food allergies. What can I eat?

    We have options for those who are gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant or for those who are vegetarian. You will find it at Restaurang Björnberget and in our kiosks. If you are staying over in the park, dinner and breakfast are included, so write to us at info@skanesdjurpark.se if you have special food preferences.

Availability

  • What about companions?

    Companions or personal assistants have free entry in the company of people with functional disabilities on presentation of a certificate from, for example, a care provider, assistance company or municipality.



    Companions do not need to notify their visit in advance.

  • Can I bring my dog to the park?

    If you have an assistance dog, you are both welcome here. In order for your visit to start smoothly, we ask that you register in advance to info@skanesdjurpark.se and bring vaccination papers with you.

  • Is the park accessible

    The zoo is accessible to the extent that guests in wheelchairs can get around the park. However, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the park is partly hilly. Accessible toilets are available in the entrance hall next to Barnens Bondgård and at Björnberget's Serving. All rest and barbecue areas are accessible.

  • Can you borrow a wheelchair?

    Skånes Djurpark has a certain number of wheelchairs for loan to our guests. Wheelchairs can be pre-booked at info@skanesdjurpark.se.
